A 32-year-old electrical contractor, Gbolahan Lawal, on Wednesday appeared before an Osun State Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ile-Ife over his failure to supply four prepaid meters after collecting money for the items.
The accused was said to have obtained N225,000 for four prepaid meters, which he did not eventually supply.
The police prosecutor, Jimoh Irewole, explained that Lawal committed the offence on February 13, 2019, in the Akinrinade area, Yakoyo, Ife North Local Government Area of the state. Read more
