The Suit seeking to commit the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole to prison for flagrant disobedience of Order of Court has been slated for hearing on February 18.
In the Suit pending before a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, sitting in Bwari, with Suit No: FCT/HC/BW/CV/103/2018, the Claimant and the Imo State APC Chairman State, Daniel Nwafor, sought an Order of Court to Commit Adams Oshiomhole to prison for the flagrant disobedience of an Order of the Court restraining him from tampering with the tenure of the elected APC State Exco in Imo State, which was issued on August 14, 2018.
Defendants in the Suit include the All Progressives Congress (APC), the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole (2nd Defendant) and the Imo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Daniel Nwafor (3rd Defendant/Applicant).
