The Cycling Lagos at the weekend staged a mini tour where journalists were shown the route for the international cycling competition scheduled to hold on August 25. The tour, which took off from the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, went through Falomo Bridge, Awolowo Road, Tafawa Balewa Square, Broad Street, Eko Bridge and Western Avenue, Lagos and terminated at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, Speaking on the tour, the Chairman, Cycling Lagos, Mr. Soji Adeleye, described the Cycling Lagos mini tour as a trial organised to show the readiness of the organisers, partners, and cyclists for the championship.“The Cycling Lagos mini tour is our simple way of informing Lagosians about our readiness to stage the August event.
