Dedication to creative arts remarkable here – Eric Garandeau

Eric Garandeau, a writer and consultant from France, came to Nigeria for the first time this year to speak with filmmakers at the African International Film Festival (AFRIFF). He took time out to lap up the sights and sounds of the city of Lagos and says that what is remarkable about the city is the dedication of its residents to creative arts.
