A man avoided a driving ban after telling police he was his brother when he was breathalysed.
Zuhir Nassrat, 21, lied after being pulled over when he was spotted driving erratically down Deansgate in Manchester City Centre following a night out with friends.
He continued the charade in court but police were tipped off four months later and he was arrested again.
As a result his brother, who lives in Dubai, will have a criminal record until the offence is officially removed. Despite what Nassrat did, his older brother has forgiven him. Read more
