A suspected drink driver blamed a ‘squirrel in the road’ after she crashed off a cliff and ended up down a 40ft ravine.
Kristen Ann Madden, 32, claims the rodent forced her to swerve drastically and crash her car on Monday night.
Firefighters were called to rescue the woman from the ravine called Eagle Creek near Portland, Oregon.
They had to abseil down the bank to reach Madden. Read more
