D’Tigress will face Cameroon and Tunisia in Group B at the 2019 FIBA Women’s AfroBasket scheduled for Dakar, Senegal, Sports Extra reports.
The competition is set to tip off from August 10 to 18 at the newly-launched Dakar Arena with the reigning FIBA Women’s AfroBasket champions, aiming to retain their title won in 2017 in Bamako, Mali.
In Group A, Senegal, Egypt and Ivory Coast are pooled together, while Mali, Angola and Congo are in Group C.
Mozambique, Cape Verde and Kenya will battle for the two available spots in Group D. Read more
