Amos Okeke, who is design manager at the company, highlighted the unique features of the Dyque Cube, including its fanless design and natural cooling capabilities while demonstrating the quick process to install the new system. The Dyque Cube boasts a 15-minute stackable installation process, five layers of battery protection and V2X bi-directional charging, setting it apart from traditional energy solutions.
Central to Dyque’s mission is its dedication to customer satisfaction, exemplified by the Dyque Energy App. Equipped with a one-click diagnostic system and AI capabilities, the app provides users with real-time insights into their energy consumption, empowering them to make informed decisions and maximise savings. Dyque’s personalised customer support further enhances the user experience, offering tailored solutions to meet individual energy needs.
Bruce Deng, alongside Farah Huang, head of marketing, were present for the press conference, underscoring Dyque’s commitment to excellence, as evidenced by its numerous accolades, including the Red Dot Design Award and IF Design Award. Looking ahead, Dyque aims to scale its operations significantly, with plans to increase its battery production capacity to 6GWh and power production capacity to 12GW by the end of 2024.
