Residents across the Lagos region continue to experience significant power disruptions due to ongoing faults on the 330kV transmission lines.

The management of the Eko Electricity Distribution Company confirmed this in a statement released on its X handle on Monday.

The company further confirmed that the persistent load-shedding is a direct result of reduced power allocation from the Transmission Company of Nigeria, their primary partner in power distribution.

This is to kindly update you that we are still experiencing reduced power allocation from our TCN partners due to faults on the 330kV lines feeding the Lagos region. (Punch)
