A business owner who hadn’t taken more than a week off in eight years has urged parents to put ‘family before work’ after the sudden death of his 8-year-old son.

J.R Storment found out one of his twins died in his sleep during a work conference call and penned an emotional letter expressing regrets about his work-life balance.

Wiley Storment was found dead in his bed by his mum DR Jessica Brandes after suffering a rare complication of mild childhood epilepsy three weeks ago. Read more
