A family-of-five were given a one bedroom bungalow so small their 19-month-old baby has to sleep in the kitchen.
Michelle and Martin Toms’ three-year-old has to sleep in the living room because there is no other space.
Their six-month-old baby sleeps in their room with them, and they say none of them can get a proper night’s sleep at the house in Bedmond, Hertfordshire.
