Fast and Furious 9 cast and release date as John Cena is rumoured to have joined the line-up (Metro)

Fast and Furious fans had lots to shout about last week when Vin Diesel dropped a video on Instagram teasing that John Cena could be involved in the upcoming ninth Fast and Furious film.

After Vin Diesel posted that cryptic message on his Instagram, it seemed to many that Vin was teasing the involvement of the WWE star in the next instalment of the Fast and Furious series.

John has seen his movie career explode in recent years after leaving his full-time position as the face of modern wrestling.

His recent roles have included parts in Trainwreck, Daddy’s Home and Blockers, as well as the leading role in Bumblebee, which was released in December. Read more
