The men of the Nigerian Police force have shot dead a 20-year-old and injured a man in Ajegunle Lagos.
Eyewitnesses said Ada Ifeanyi, who was killed, and Emmanuel Akomafuwa were returning from a nightclub in the early hours of Saturday when they were shot by a team of policemen at Amusa Lane, Off Ojo Road Ajegunle.
Ifeanyi died on the spot while Akomafuwa sustained serious injuries and doctors are currently battling to save his life.
The policemen behind the shooting were identified as inspector Adamu Usman, Sergeant Adeyeye Adeoye, Sergeant Kashim Tijani, Sergeant Lucky Akigbe, Sergeant Paul Adeoye and Inspector Dania Ojo who is still at large. Read more
