A US court on Monday remanded Nigerian, Obinwanne Okeke in prison custody till February 2020 over a case of alleged fraud.
Okeke, popularly known as Invictus Obi, was arraigned on two counts of wire and computer fraud.
According to Premium Times, the presiding judge, Douglas Miller at the Newport News, Virginia, federal courthouse, declared the case as “complex,” but said Okeke should be remanded in prison until February 18, 2020 when the trial would continue.
