Gary Neville believes Maurizio Sarri is right to try and assert himself over his Chelsea stars in the early stages of his tenure at Stamford Bridge.
A furious Sarri hit out at his players after a 2-0 defeat to Arsenal over the weekend, branding his players mentally weak and blaming them for the loss to their bitter rivals.
Neville insisted every Chelsea manager has a short shelf life, and Sarri is aware he will be booted from the club in the next two years, if not earlier.
