A little girl was found wandering the streets at midnight after leaving her home when her alcoholic mother fell asleep.
The girl, five, was found by a member of the public with grazed knees after falling over in the road.
She let herself out of the house when she found her mum, who had been drinking wine before bed, unresponsive.
