The Police Public Relations Officer in the Plateau State, Terna Tyopev, has said suspected herdsmen killed one person and stole nine cows.
Tyopev, while confirming the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria on Saturday, said the cows belonged to the Anglican Archbishop of Jos, Benjamin Kwashe.
The PPRO said the incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday in the Kangan South Local Government Area of the state. Read more
