Fast-rising singer Mulla Rae has said he doesn’t regret featuring Marlian records signee, Zineoleesky on his new single “Good Time”.
“I have been following Zinoleesky’s music for some time now and he is one of the artists I admire and look up to in the industry. His antecedents proved that I wouldn’t be making a poor choice by featuring him in the song.
“And sincerely, when you listen to ‘Good Life’, you would see that I made the right choice by asking him to jump on the song,” he began in a brief chat with The Nation.
Mulla Rae also explained why he featured the young music star saying he ticked all boxes.
“When the idea for Good Life first popped in my head and I wrote its first draft with my friends and co-producer, it occurred to me that the music needed the touch of an indigenous superstar artiste.
“After thinking it through for a while, Zinoleesky came to my mind, as he ticked all the boxes of the kind of artist I wanted to work with.”
Mulla Rae, who has featured Teni in his previous single when asked who else is on his list of features said: “I like surprises and telling you the artistes I would be working with or have worked with would spoil the surprise.
“However, my fans shouldn’t worry because I would definitely leave spoilers for them on my social media pages.”
The new single was released on February 25, 2022. (Nation)
