Instagram has finally made good on a promise that was made in August by delivering its latest feature.
The social network will now give users a dashboard so they can see how much time they’re spending on it.
What’s more, they can curb their usage by adding a time limit.
Both Instagram and its parent company Facebook said back in August they would introduce these tools in response to calls about the addictive nature of social media.
Apple and Google have introduced similar dashboards into iOS and Android so that users can take more control of how they use apps. Read more
