Jack Wilshere has been released by West Ham after making just 19 appearances in his two-year spell at the Premier League club.
The England midfielder joined West Ham on a three-year deal in the summer of 2018 from London rivals Arsenal.
Wilshere had made 197 appearances for the Gunners and won two FA Cups but struggled with injuries during his time in north London.
Those injury problems continued during his spell at West Ham, with Wilshere making just 16 Premier League appearances for the Hammers.
