Kevin De Bruyne has signed a two-year contract extension that will keep him at Manchester City until the summer of 2025, the club have announced.
The Belgium international, whose existing deal was due to expire in 2023, is 30 in June and now looks set to see out the remaining peak years of his career at the Etihad Stadium.
De Bruyne has cemented his repuation as one of world footballer’s elite midfielders since he joined the Premier League champions-elect in 2015, making pivotal contributions to seven major trophy successes. (Metro)
