Kevin De Bruyne insists Tottenham’s new stadium doesn’t add more pressure on Manchester City ahead of their upcoming fixture, stating “in the end, it’s the same”.
Pep Guardiola’s men travel to the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday to take on the north London club in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg.
The stadium only opened on April 3 for Spurs’ home clash against Crystal Palace, a fixture Mauricio Pochettino’s men won 2-0.
Many onlookers are expecting the stadium to give Spurs a much-needed boost in this final part of the season, but De Bruyne insisted he’s not expecting it to change a thing in reality. Read more
