The rap feud between Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly has escalated once more.
A response to Kelly’s diss track “Rap Devil”, itself a reaction to Eminem’s comments about Kelly on his surprise album Kamikaze, has finally been released.
Though “Rap Devil” surfaced hours after Kamikaze’s dropped onto the internet, Eminem has taken time with his response, titled “KILLSHOT”. The track sees him hurl a variety of insults, including an attack on his preferred breakfast food, though with a focus on Kelly’s (relative) lack of commercial success.
“I’m 45 and I’m still outselling you / By 29 I had three albums that had,” he raps on the track. He also, far more controversially, references musician Halsey in the lyrics, in a nod to her previous relationship with rapper G-Eazy, who has his own beef with Kelly. “You dance around it like a sombrero, we can all see / You’re f***in’ salty ’cause young Gerald’s balls-deep inside of Halsey,” Eminem raps.
