“AB women, you must be responsible to your husband, children, community, religious body and the society at large”
This was said by the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Hon. (Mrs) Cecilia Bolaji Dada at the maiden edition of Women Assembly held at two major points namely Surulere and Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye areas for 10 local government areas and local council development areas in the state.
At the forum which was held to discuss welfarism, economic and social emancipation for women, Dada urged them on the need to be wise in handling the challenges in their homes so that peace can reign in the society. (Nation)
