Since he took office as Lagos State Governor in 2015, Akinwunmi Ambode has succeeded in turning a large part of the state into a construction site. Some of the projects the state has embarked on include the Oshodi Transport Interchange, Pen Cinema Flyover, International Airport Road, the Lagos Bus Reform Initiative, Oshodi to Abule Egba expressway and a host of others. These projects are at various stages of completion. Now that it has become evident that Ambode will not be going for a second term, some residents are concerned, even worried that such laudable projects may be abandoned.
