MRS Oil Nigeria Plc has reduced its pump price from N970 to N925 in Lagos.

The petroleum company announced this on X.

The pump price is, however, higher in the companyโ€™s outlets in other regions.

For instance, in other parts of Southwest, the pump price in MRS stations is fixed at N935.

It is sold at N945 and N955 in northern and eastern states, respectively.

โ€œMRS Petrol is now selling at new regional prices! The prices may vary,โ€ it said.

โ€œIf you notice any station selling above the listed price, weโ€™re just a call or email away.โ€

MRS Holdings is a partner of Dangote Refinery.

The reduction in the pump price comes a week after the Dangote Groupโ€™s chief branding and communications officer, Anthony Chiejina, announced a reduction in the depot price for petrol from N950 per litre to N890. (Guardian)
