Lecturer, 2 students arrested, as certificate forgery scandal hits Minna CoE (Vanguard)

A syndicate, made up lecturers and students of College of Education, CoE, Minna, Niger State, that specialised in certificate forgery, has been uncovered. Already members of the syndicate, a lecturer and two students, have been arrested and handed over to the Police. This came as two 300 level students of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, IBBU, Lapai, Niger State, discovered to have gained admission into the university with forged certificates of COE have also been uncovered.
