Louis Theroux has spoken out about Michael Jackson ahead of the upcoming documentary Leaving Neverland, claiming that the pop icon had an ‘unhealthy’ interest in children.
The journalist, famed for investigating taboo topics, has spoken out about his past attempts to approach Michael and his victims.
Arguing that he knew Jackson had an ‘unhealthy interest in children’, Louis explained: ‘I didn’t have enough victim testimony to put forward a forensic case to him.’
Back in 2003, the 48-year-old spoke to Michael’s father Joe, and Terry George, a man who accused the singer of attempting to have phone sex with him when he was 13. Read more
