Maurizio Sarri has revealed that Chelsea’s players asked to press further back against Tottenham in their 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening.
Sarri’s side registered a vital victory over their rivals to keep themselves in the race to secure a top-four finish in the Premier League this season.
The result came after a penalty shootout defeat to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final on Sunday.
