If your friends, family and partner are fed up of your constant moaning, then fear not, you can always turn to online service Ossan Rental and hire yourself a middle-aged man who is all ears.
Set up by Japanese businessman Takanobu Nishimoto, the service launched in 2012 and allows people to rent an “Ossan” or “uncle” who will listen to you talk about your problems and provide you with some life advice, for just £7 an hour. Read more
