A groin injury meant Naby Keita was forced to watch Liverpool’s stunning win over Barcelona from home – but that didn’t stop him enjoying the memorable night just as much as the rest of his team-mates.

Trailing 3-0 from the first leg, a pair of braces from Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum sent Liverpool into the Champions League final as Jurgen Klopp’s men completed arguably the greatest comeback in the history of the competition.

Keita started at the Nou Camp last week but ruptured his abductor muscle midway through the first half and the midfielder will miss the remainder of the Reds’ campaign after being ruled out for two months.

The former Leipzig man took to Instagram to document his celebrations once Origi sealed a 4-3 aggregate victory over Barca after some quick-thinking from Trent Alexander-Arnold. Read more
