The Commandant, Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Lagos State Command, Mr Usman Alfadarai, has pledged continuous support for Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The NSCDC boss gave the pledge in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Wednesday in Lagos.
Alfadarai said that NSCDC would improve Sanwo–Olu’s administration through immediate response to disaster or civil unrest calls.
“The command’s readiness to provide personnel needed to maintain tranquility in the state is guaranteed,” Alfadarai said.
He said the command would provide 24 hours round-the-clock surveillance of the critical assets, dark spots and oil pipelines.
“However, if the need to mobilise more human capacity arises, NSCDC is ready,” he said.
The NSCDC boss warned criminals who planned to attack innocent residents, to have a rethink. (NAN)
