Oduah acted unilaterally on new terminal projects – ATSSSAN President (Independent)

The former Minister of Aviation, Princess Stella Oduah, has been accused of acting unilaterally in the remodeling of some airports between 2012 and 2014.

Oduah was alleged to have ignored expert advices and guidance from the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and the industry regulator, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA).

Speaking in an interview with our correspondent in Lagos yesterday, Comrade Ahmadu Ilitrus, the President of Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN) said that rather than work with the NCAA and FAAN’s teams, the former minister developed her own team while technical personnel in the sector were not allowed to make inputs.
