Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer tore into Romelu Lukaku during the final days of his career at Old Trafford.
The Belgian completed a £74m move to Inter Milan on deadline day, ending his two years at the Theatre of Dreams.
Lukaku fell out of favour following Solskjaer’s arrival last December and the Norwegian made it clear to the forward that he would no longer be first choice should he opt to remain at the club.
The 26-year-old returned to pre-season earlier than planned in an attempt to push through a move elsewhere but he became increasingly restless as United rejected numerous offers from Inter. Read more
