There is normalcy in Asaba, Delta State with no group of protesters yet to be seen in the State capital.
Commercial activities are now also in full swing in the metropolis, as security operatives are stationed in strategic locations.
Meanwhile, the State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of eight persons during Thursday’s protest in the State.
Police Public Relations Officer of the State Command who confirmed this on Friday, said those arrested had indulged in violent conduct during the protest.
He said they were arrested at various locations across the State. (Vanguard)
