R&B star R. Kelly has asked a US court to let him travel to Dubai to perform concerts next month.
According to a motion filed in Cook County Circuit Court, Mr Kelly also plans to meet members of the United Arab Emirates’ royal family.
The embattled singer faces 10 charges of sexual abuse involving four alleged victims, three of whom were minors.
He had to surrender his passport last month after being released on bail and is struggling to pay various fees. Read more
