Rivaldo reveals to Jesus secret to earn starting place at City (Guardian)

Brazilian football icon Rivaldo has told Gabriel Jesus that he needs to ‘keep proving his value’ in order to earn a starting place at Man City.

Despite missing two games through injury Jesus has had a bright start to the season in the Premier League, scoring in his first and only start against West Ham and picking up an assist.

As has been the story of his time at the club, however, he has found it hard to dislodge the never ageing Sergio Aguero who already has seven goals to his name this season. Read more
