Ruben Loftus-Cheek has insisted that Chelsea have moved on from their Carabao Cup final fallout after goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga apologised to the rest of the squad for his actions at Wembley.

Chelseaโ€™s response to their agonising Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City on penalties has been impressive as they have won their subsequent two Premier League games in London derbies against Spurs and Fulham.

Following his public row with Maurizio Sarri at Wembley, Kepa was dropped for Chelseaโ€™s 2-0 win over Spurs last Wednesday before being recalled to the side for the 2-1 victory against Fulham on Sunday.

Sarri praised Kepa for his performance at Craven Cottage and insisted that the โ€˜situation is closedโ€™ after the Spanish goalkeeper was dropped to the bench and fined a weekโ€™s wages for refusing to be substituted against City. Read more
