Its World-class facility offers free courses to both young and established filmmakers in a bid to make Lagos the centre of excellence for Africa’s creative sector.
Abudu said: “I am very excited to see that the state’s vision for development in education, technology and the creative sector has been so ably captured in this magnificent facility. The building has been beautifully designed and refurbished; it contains the latest film production technology; and a faculty of experts has been recruited from all over the world. Our young people will gain valuable new skills, making them more employable and more likely to succeed as creative entrepreneurs. We are very proud to have this world-class institution in Lagos, as we continue to consolidate our position as the cultural hub of Africa. (ThisDay)
