The forced suspension of all major football tournaments across the world due to the rampaging coronavirus has resulted in most teams remaining at their previous position in the latest FIFA/Coca-Cola World Ranking.
Nigeria’s Super Eagles have retained their 31st position in the world and 3rd in Africa while the Teranga Lions of Senegal remain 20th in the world and 1st in Africa.
Belgium remain the number one team in the world occupying the summit of the FIFA standings with France and Brazil in the 2nd and 3rd positions respectively. England and Uruguay make up the top five teams. (Text and photo courtesy Daily Trust)
