Chelsea ace Tammy Abraham is not concerned about his future at the club and is confident of seeing off competition from Timo Werner to remain Frank Lampardโ€™s first choice striker, according to reports.

The Blues are set to sign Werner for a fee of around ยฃ49 million after Liverpool pulled out of a deal for the Germany star.

That deal has cast doubt over Abrahamโ€™s future at the club, particularly as heโ€™s yet to sign an extension to his current contract which expires in 2022.

Frank Lampard has tended to favour a 4-2-3-1 formation this term, which suggests that it will be one of Abraham or Werner selected to play upfront. (Metro)
