Boris Johnson has warned MPs in his own party to toe the line and support his government or face being banned from the Conservatives.
If Brexit rebels in the Tory party vote for legislation to block a no-deal Brexit in crunch Commons clashes this week they face losing the party whip, the government has said.
It means they could be barred from standing in a snap general election if one is called in the autumn.
