The Director-General, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria, Dr Dikko Radda, has lamented that the unemployment situation in Nigeria had reached a crisis level.
He noted that statistics had shown that only one out of every 100 graduates was assured of getting a job in Nigeria.
Radda said this in Abeokuta on Thursday at the opening of the sensitisation programme organised by SMEDAN for young business owners in Nigeria.
Radda explained that the programme was initiated to reduce unemployment and increase working hours of Nigerians as well as contribute to gross domestic products through the provision of conducive workspace for the entrepreneurs. Read more
