Last year, reports of the Kogi State Commissioner for Water Resources, Abdulmumuni Danga’s assault and rape of one Elizabeth Oyeniyi left many thinking how wrong all of it was.
It was reported that Danga, raped and brutalized Oyeniyi for some comments she made about his step sister on a Facebook post.
Like many who read the report, I didn’t understand how a comment could warrant being hounded, stripped naked and filmed while being flogged and being taken to a hotel to be raped!
Premium Times reported, “In an interview she granted shortly after the incident, Ms Oyeniyi told this newspaper that Mr Danga personally flogged her and said he could have killed her but for her young son who was with her. She said the commissioner then stripped her while at least 15 men, who worked for him, watched. The suspected thugs also allegedly filmed her nude as she was being whipped and humiliated.”
This is clearly a commissioner, using his powers, as a politician, to oppress a fellow citizen.
Now
Our commissioner seems to have got a boner when he asked Ms. Oyeniyi to strip as she was being flogged. Commissioner saw flaying breasts and a vagina never looked so good!
He knew Ms. Oyeniyi would never agree to have sex with him…knowing the kind of low life he is- beating her, stripping her naked and having it filmed…so he is alleged to have dragged her to a hotel and raped her!
While some of us were grieving over this matter; some agencies stood up to fight for justice with us bystanders applauding…the least we could to, while hoping this would serve as a deterrent to other power hungry politicians.
Then, another commissioner got frisky; this time, it was the Ogun State Commissioner for Environment, Abiodun Abdul-Balogun; who thankfully has been suspended as the government of the state didn’t want to have anything to do with the dirt he kicked up following his almost sex-capade with a teenager.
What happened?
He sexually harassed a minor, one Barakat Melojuekun, a sixteen-year-old. Our commissioner had ‘mistakenly’ picked a minor who could talk, one not shy from describing in detail how the commissioner lured her to his home with a false claim; he said he wanted her to help fix his computer, since she was said to be good with the device.
Barakat described in detail how the commissioner shut her in and groped her; she didn’t mince words when she retold how the commissioner grabbed at her breasts while chanting incantations.
Comments on the video online suggest the Commissioner may have wanted to use the girl for ritual; many even suggested that he must have been in the habit of luring minors for sex but this one became tough meat to swallow.
Whatever the situation is, we are thankful Barakat came out of this intact…well, she will live with the trauma. Mr. Commi is said to be awaiting his day in the court, let’s hope he has a dammed good reason for wanting to rape a minor!
The third Commissioner would have been Willie Amadi from Imo; he was seen in what had been dabbed a sex tape which showed two girls having sex on a bed behind the commissioner. We all saw the sex tape and wondered why a man of such standing would release a video like that.
Some said he must have leaked it by mistake, then others said, well maybe someone wanted to do him in and released it. When some asked why he would even do a video in the first place, someone said he would want to get jiggy with it later, you know that sort of thing?
Anyway. Thankfully we hear the video was doctored by one Peter Nwoke.
This silly boy has confessed to superimposing Mr. Amadi’s image to look exactly like he was the one cavorting with the girls but took a break to film the sex-tivity going on behind him.
There’s nothing these children will not do!
Mr. Amadi was by the pool and no where near the couple having sex on the bed.
Ignore the crazy voice in your head. That voice saying “but he appeared in the mirror in the video, how can it not be?”
I can tell you for free the boy that did the fake video is a genius, he knows how to superimpose images on mirrors and lastly, you should argue with the court! The court pronounced him guilty, then guilty he is!
I’m glad Amadi has the resources to pursue these kinds of silliness to a logical conclusion; I hear the silly boy will do some jail time for the fake video. Just imagine, we would have gone on believing Mr. Amadi was the one in the room with the raunchy couple!

Generally, what these tells us is we have a gang of men out there living out their sexual fantasies, men who by the sheer fact of their being in power, maybe wealth as well or access to wealth are living out their sexual fantasies. And all of these wouldn’t have been such an issue if the ladies these men were cavorting with were willing partners and of age.
Nobody will bat an eye if the parties involved gave consent, we would only ho and ha on social media and be quiet but where minors are involved and the show of shame is exposed, it behooves those in authority over these commissioners to bring them back in line; the onus is on a decent society to say, “Hey, this isn’t appropriate by virtue of your esteemed position…daz all.”
