A woman suffered facial injuries after two eggs she boiled in the microwave exploded.
Bethany Rosser, 22, was rushed to hospital following the incident at her home in Redditch, Worcestershire, last week.
Doctors placed bandages over her face when she arrived and she was forced to stay overnight because of her burns.
Insurer Ms Rosser said doctors could not yet determine if permanent damage had been done to her right eye because it had sealed shut due to swelling. Read more
