A woman has lost her sight after having acid thrown at her after being tricked by her boyfriend’s lover.
Glory Cuerda, 27, knew that Ramon ‘Mona’ Colada, 30, had had an affair with another man, John Rey Garay, 30, but did not know the relationship was continuing.
She was lured by Garay to the back of the shopping centre where she and Ramon worked in Pasay City, the Philippines.
Garay told her that he had some of Ramon’s possessions before launching the acid attack. Read more
