A Pan-Yoruba Socio-cultural Group, Yoruba KO’YA Movement, yesterday, presented a 10-page policy paper on the restructuring of Nigeria’s political, economic and social structures to the Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Mudashiru Obasa even as it called on the federal government to grant special status to Lagos State.
