Manchester City defender, Oleksandr Zinchenko and West Ham’s Andriy Yarmolenko are among the 24 players chosen by Ukraine Coach, Andriy Shevchenko for the international friendly match against Nigeria and European Championship qualifier against Lithuania next month.
Ukraine will face Lithuania in a European Championship qualifier on September 7 before meeting the Super Eagles on September 10 at the Dnipro Arena in Kyiv.
Four of the players named by Shevchenko are on standby.
The players named by the former AC Milan striker for the games are goalkeepers Andriy Pyatov (Shakhtar Donetsk), Denys Boyko (Dynamo Kyiv) and Andriy Lunin (Valladolid). Read more
