Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos State on Thursday said there was the need to sharpen the interpersonal human relations skills of personnel of the state civil service for them to serve Lagosians better.
The governor stated this in his address at the training of top civil servants at Ikeja with the theme, ‘Building Values and Sound Human Relations Skills in Lagos State Civil Service.’
Ambode, who was represented by the Commissioner for Establishments, Training and Pensions, Dr. Akintola Benson Oke, said good human relations skills in organisations would build healthy relationships and support among workers. Read more
