Justice Inyang Ekwo of a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has fixed July 22 for definite hearing of a suit by Major General Abdul Rauf Tijani (rtd) against Lagos State Government.
Tijani is challenging the alleged injustice perpetrated against him by officials of Lagos State.
The court slated the date after parties in the matter had filed and exchanged processes.
Other respondents in the suit are the National Judicial Council, Federal High Court, Nigerian Bar Association, Justice O. A Faji, Kasheem Adeniji SAN, Attorney General of the Federation, Lagos State Government and the Governor of Lagos. (Independent)
